To celebrate this traditional event, the kindergarten class makes samurai armor and helmets and the pre-kindergarten class uses prints made from real fish impressions to make a koi-nobori (colorful banners shaped like carps).

A chance for fathers to show their skills by creating artwork with the children.

The Kindergarten class gives a performance of a play written for the occasion. All costumes and props are hand made.

Farewell Outing(Kindergarten)
Arch Day(Graduation Ceremony)
Graduation Ceremony: A walk through the arch signifies that children are moving up to the next school grade. Diplomas are handed to the children in both English and Japanese.
