A day in First Program starts with the morning meeting.

Morning Meeting
Children's anticipation of the day's activities is heightened through discussions of the day's schedule. Picture books and other tools are used to foster their ability to listen.

Garden Play
The grounds and the gym are available for children to run around in as much as they want and to enjoy other physical activities. Children also enjoy participating in group games and gymnastics.

Lab/ Projects
Children's motivation, concentration and thinking skills are developed by challenging various topics.

Lunch-time
Lunches include meals provided at school and obento brought from home. During lunch, children are also taught table manners and to be grateful for their food.

Free Play
Each child can choose what to do and to proceed to play in his/her own way.
Individual guidance is given by the teachers to help children improve their activities at their own pace.

Sharing Time
A show-and-tell time for children to announce in front of other children what they enjoyed or what they made during the day.
